  • Tenant referencing and admin fee including credit checks, employers and previous landlord referencing – £180 including vat per tenant
  • Holding fee £300. This fee will then be deducted from the full 6 week deposit that you will pay prior to moving in.
  • Tenancy renewal administration fee £60 including vat
  • Check out fee contribution £45 per bedroom  (minimum charge £90)
  • Any change of tenant will cost £300 including vat in addition to a new tenant referencing and admin fee of £180 including vat

David Webb Residential Lettings are members of the property redress The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) (www.tpos.co.uk). We currently do not have client money protection however all client’s monies are kept in a ring-fenced segregated client’s account with HSBC Brighton. The DPS (The Deposit Protection Service) is a designated deposit protection scheme approved under the provisions of the Housing Act 2004. We are registered with the appropriate authority in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. So you can therefore be sure our procedures and advice are both professional and thorough.
